I am a Reiki Master and an expert in Leadership for Sustainability, passionate about wellbeing for people and the planet.

I would like to work with you to create an environment for you to thrive. We can do this by working with your energy in order to subconsciously support your body to heal. Moreover, we can work with your community to create a structure that supports your healing. Your community can be people in your family, village, or your work. And finally, we can work together to create a regenerative society.

Energy healing

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei, meaning “Gods Wisdom" or "the Higher Power”, and Ki for "life force energy". Together they translate to "spiritually guided life force energy." While Reiki is not a religion, practitioners still advocate for the importance of living and acting in a way that promotes harmony with others.

Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" and works with our life force energy. When one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can benefit from. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
